Auction Item #4 Set of 3 Watercolour Firefighter Paintings plus Exhibit Poster

Featuring the theme of firefighting, these original works of art were painted in the 1980’s by Royal BC Museum Exhibition Technician Rennie Knowlton.

The watercolours were commissioned by the Royal BC Museum History department, which then used the images to develop a poster for the First Alarm exhibition.

The set includes three original watercolour images, two fire engines and one group of firemen, and a copy of the exhibit poster.

Watercolours are 30”x 20” each.

Poster is 24” x 13”.

The Royal Museum Shop is operated by the Royal BC Museum Foundation.  All proceeds from the sale of merchandise go directly towards supporting the many fine programs and special events at the Royal BC Museum.

Items for auction or sale do not include artifacts and/or items from the Royal BC Museum’s collections.
