Description

Richard Cannings is a renowned naturalist, conservationist, and bird expert. He is the author of numerous books, including Birds of Interior BC and the RockiesAn Enchantment of Birds, and The Rockies: A Natural History, and is co-author of Birds of Southwestern British ColumbiaBest Places to Bird in British Columbia, and British Columbia: A Natural History.

Hal Opperman is the principal author of A Birder’s Guide to Washington; co-author of Birds of Southwestern British ColumbiaBirds of the Puget Sound Region, and Birds of the Willamette Valley Region; and past editor of the Washington Ornithological Society’s journal, Washington Birds.

Tom Aversa is the co-author of Birds of Southwestern British ColumbiaBirds of the Puget Sound Region, and Birds of the Willamette Valley Region. He teaches about wildlife and captive-wildlife care at Unity College in Maine.
