Designed by renowned Haida artist Bill Reid (1920 – 1998), Children of the Raven was created for the Canadian Museum of Civilization, now the Canadian Museum of History, in 1976. The image celebrates the creation of humankind by Raven.
The Royal Museum Shop is operated by the Royal BC Museum Foundation. All proceeds from the sale of merchandise go directly towards supporting the many fine programs and special events at the Royal BC Museum.
Children of the Raven is recreated in a three-layer throw. Throw has fringes, and the thickness of 3 layers provides weight and comfort.
52″ x 68″.
100% cotton. Recommended dry clean but throw can be hand washed gently in cold water, separately. Hang to dry. Do not bleach.
