Mark Preston (Tenna’Tsa’Teh) was born in Dawson City, Yukon. He is of Tlingit and Irish descent and travels extensively throughout British Columbia and the Yukon to market his work.
Mark has studied and worked in various mediums including paper, cloth, wood, metals, stone and most recently, he has started working on glass. Mark has also studied silver carving with well known master jeweler and carver, Gitksan artist Phil Janzé, while attending K’san in Hazelton.
