Ice Wine Glazed Smoked Salmon

A delicious blend of two world-famous Canadian flavours – smoked salmon and ice wine! Each package contains a gold pouch of naturally mild, wild Canadian pink salmon. The salmon has been smoked and cooked with a glaze of Canadian ice wine – a sweet vintage for which Canada enjoys an international reputation.
