Candied Salmon is a local specialty from Canada’s west coast. Candied salmon is brined, sugared and heavily smoked, creating a very flavourful, slightly chewy treat. SeaChange Candied Salmon is heat processed, so that it will keep without refrigeration until opened, allowing you to share this delicious local delicacy with friends or colleagues around the world.

The Royal Museum Shop is operated by the Royal BC Museum Foundation. All proceeds from the sale of merchandise go directly towards supporting the many fine programs and special events at the Royal BC Museum.
